The firm conducted an Order of Protection hearing as well as a trial on the grounds for divorce, something that does not happen often since the passage of no-fault divorce several years ago. After listening to the testimony of our client, the Court granted her request for a divorce based on cruel and inhuman treatment and issued her a two year stay away Order of Protection.
